Forget the turbo buddy unless you want to blow the motor on anything more than 8psi...You don't want to turbo an h22 on stock internals, because of the weak factory sleeves, either build for boost now or forget it.....YELLOW wrote:i want to build up my h22 this batch and justin will help me. then i have to put it somewhere but want it to be in as cheap as possible so justin suggested to put it in a crx. and turbo it. later on details

If you want to run NA a stock block will be fine.....a stock h22 with ys1/s1/j1 tranny in a crx will run around 12.60 on radials......

tom and me just got done ripping that motor apart. very interesting. my first h-series that i have dug into. its different. lol

yea thanks again justin learned alot. this is my first gas engine. i have helped tear apart some caterpiller engine from my dads boat to a few that i got paid to do. it wasnt so bad. its just lighter.

p.s. find that 2-post lift. lol

yea i found it at harbor frieght but onliine. 2 post lift is about 1500 and the lift you said that you drive on is 3100. seems tempting but need lots of work to have it paid for and worth it for me to get one.
